- n8n workflow (.json)Import in n8n: Workflows → Import from file. Then connect your credentials.
- Zapier blueprint (.md)Step-by-step rebuild guide. Zapier has no public import format, so this isn't one-click.
- Open the Zap editorCreate a new Zap and follow the blueprint.
The n8n file has three nodes (trigger, AI step, output) plus a read-me note. We check that its JSON structure is valid, but we haven't run every file in a live n8n instance, so test it with sample data before you switch it on.
Steps
- Trigger: new review.
- AI step drafts a reply.
- Send the draft to you for approval; post it manually or via the integration.
The prompt
Draft a reply to this {{stars}}-star review in a warm, plain voice. 5–4 stars: thank them, mention one specific thing they said. 1–3 stars: thank, acknowledge the specific issue, no excuses, offer a direct contact. Under 60 words. Never offer refunds or discounts. Review: {{text}}Sample run
2 stars: 'Coffee was good but waited 25 minutes for a sandwich.'
Thanks for telling us. Twenty-five minutes for a sandwich is too long, and we're sorry. Glad the coffee was good! If you're up for it, email us at hello@… and we'll make the next visit better.
Where it breaks
- Promising things. Banning refund and discount offers is in the prompt for a reason.
- Anything customer-facing or money-related. Keep a human approval step until you've watched a few dozen runs and trust it.
Tool names and pricing change often, so check each tool's current docs before you build. Times on this page are estimates, not measurements.
